CROWN LANDS NOTICE.
Lands in the Otago Land District forfeited
Department of Lands and Survey,
Wellington, 18th October, 1943.
NOTICE is hereby given that the leases of the undermentioned lands having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Otago Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 390, folio 274 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 9, Deposited Plan 14969, being part of Allotment 58 of Section 10, of the Suburbs of Auckland, in favour of PHILIP HENRY HAWKEN, of Auckland, Chemist, and evidence of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 457, folio 274 (Auckland Registry), now comprising Lots 2, 3, 400, 401, Deposited Plan 19523, Lots 762, 771, 825, 826, 982 to 988 (both inclusive), 990 to 996 (both inclusive), Deposited Plan 19656, and Lots 129, 130, 479, Deposited Plan 19657, being part of Allotments 17 and 44, of the Parish of Maraetai, in favour of CARL FREDERICK LANGE, of Cambridge, Land Agent, having been lodged with me together with applications for the issue of new certificates of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title after fourteen days from 21st October, 1943.
