A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton
Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the eighteenth
day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette No. 44 of the twenty-fifth day of the
same month at page 1748, and deposited in the Land Registry Office
at Auckland as No. 2752, proclaiming land as road and road closed,
as affects the area of 4 acres 2 roods 32 perches, described in the
First Schedule thereto, as being portion of Section 89, Kaiaka
Parish, Blocks III and VII, Takahue Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of October, 1943.

Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston
