IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Being Crown land adjoining Allotment 89, Kaiaka Parish.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 28564, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
