Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for Public Works

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the proclamation dated the fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 64 of the fifth day of the same month at page 950, taking land for public works, in so far as it affects the area of land thirty-firstly described in the Schedule thereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of October, 1943.

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 16 acres 3 roods 28 perches.

Being closed road adjoining or passing through Section 1, Block IX, Tutamoe Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4227.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115973, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of September, 1943.

Land taken and Crown Land set apart for Public Works

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public works, and that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for public works; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
