At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of
September, 1943
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public
Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anyway enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve
of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council
on the second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-
three, the portion of street affected by such resolution being more
particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :-
"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the
southern side of the portion of Forbes Street adjoining Lots 27
and 28, Township of Maryhill, such land being comprised and
described in Certificate of Title 106/179";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of
portion of Forbes Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a
distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion
of street.
SCHEDULE
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago
Land District, Township of Maryhill, known as Forbes Street, fronting
Allotment 27 and 28, D.P. 46, Township of Maryhill, and being
part Section 59, Block VI, Town District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117629, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.

portion of the Blenheim-Nelson Main Highway (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE
THE southern side of all that portion of the Nelson-Blenheim Main
Highway situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea,
fronting part Section 4, District of Suburban North, Block IX,
Wakapuaka Survey District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117727, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act,
1927, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the

officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite
their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to
take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-
