Taupo Harbour Regulations 1935.—Licensing of Vessels plying for Hire, Master Boatmen, and Watermen
PURSUANT to the powers vested in him by the Taupo Harbour Regulations 1935, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby authorize
Robert Edward Haydon, State Hatchery, Turangi,
to act for him for the purpose of licensing vessels plying for hire, master boatmen, and watermen under the aforesaid regulations.

Exemption Order under the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of Regulation 7 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940, so far as they relate to drivers of heavy trade-motors, shall not apply to Donald Fell, of Matarawa, Carterton.

The Lyttelton Milk Delivery Notice 1943
PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows:—
- This notice may be cited as the Lyttelton Milk Delivery Notice 1943.
- This notice shall come into force on the Monday following publication thereof in the Gazette.
- The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the said district.
SCHEDULE
THE LYTTELTON MILK DELIVERY SCHEME, 1943
(1) For the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“ The district ” means the Borough of Lyttelton as indicated by zones marked on the plan :
“ The plan ” means the plan of the district deposited for the purposes of the scheme in the Head Office of the Transport Department at Wellington under No. TT. 3408 :
“ Minister ” means the Minister of Transport :
“ Zone ” means a zone of the district marked on the said plan.
