Price Order, Election Results, Land Transfer Notices, Company Dissolution




Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices
Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting
with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth
hereby make the following Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 155, and shall
    come into force on the 20th day of September, 1943.
    APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER .
  2. This Order applies with respect to all dehydrated fruit
    (whether imported into New Zealand or grown in New Zealand)
    that is sold or offered for sale under the name of “prunes.”
    FIXING MAXIMUM WHOLESALE AND RETAIL PRICES OF PRUNES
    TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES
    Wholesalers' Prices
  3. The maximum price that may be charged or received by any
    wholesaler for any prunes to which this Order applies shall be—
    (a) For prunes sold in any area (whether a “free delivery”
    area or not) within which any general wholesale merchant
    carrying on business in any of the cities or boroughs of
    Auckland, Blenheim, Christchurch, Dannevirke, Dunedin,
    Gisborne, Greymouth, Hamilton, Hastings, Hawera,
    Hokitika, Invercargill, Masterton, Napier, Nelson, New
    Plymouth, Palmerston North, Timaru, Wanganui,
    Westport, or Wellington normally undertakes the
    delivery of goods to retailers :—
