The Southern Side of Portion of Alberon Street, in the City of
Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-

At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of
September, 1943
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public
Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City
Council on the twenty-second day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-three, viz:-
"The Auckland City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that portion of the southern side of portion of
Alberon Street fronting subdivision of part Allotment 10,
Section 2, Suburbs of Auckland, comprised in Certificate of
Title 552/9";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side
of portion of Alberon Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within
a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion
of street.
SCHEDULE
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in North
Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Alberon
Street, fronting part Allotment 10, Section 2, Suburbs of Auckland.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 117731, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-
line

eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the
north-eastern side of the portion of Shetland Street adjoining
Lot 83, D.P. 1028, Township of Anderston, being part of
Section 8, Block IH, Upper Kaikorai District, such land being
comprised and described in Certificate of Title 106/41";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side
of portion of Shetland Street (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Shetland Street,
fronting Allotment 83, D.P. 1028, Township of Anderston, and being
part Section 8, Block III, Upper Kaikorai District. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117729,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.

side of the portion of Park Terrace (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line
of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Park Terrace,
fronting part Allotment 15, Deeds Plan 65, Township of Kensington,
and being part Section 11, Block VII, Town District. As the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
117689, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Welling-
ton, and thereon coloured red.

Andersons Bay District, such land being comprised
and described in Certificate of Title 281/197";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern
side of portion of Beatty Street and the north-western side of portion
of Belford Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance
of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of
streets.
