IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 74 of the sixth day of the same month at page 1986, inter alia, taking land for public works in so far as it affects the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto.
