Land and a Right-of-way over Land taken for Public Works

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public works and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public work, subject as to part to the right-of-way appurtenant to the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 544, folio 152 (Auckland Registry), created by Conveyance 361441, and together with the right-of-way appurtenant to part of the said land described in the Second Schedule hereto created by Conveyance 361441 in and over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
