NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the above company will be held at the office of the liquidator, Epworth Chambers, 176 Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Monday, 8th March, 1943, at 11 o’clock a.m., for the purpose of having the account of the liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, laid before such meeting, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.
