SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Bay of Islands County, situated in Block V,
Russell Survey District, containing by admeasurement a total area
of 10 acres 3 roods and 12 perches, more or less, being Sections I to 8
(inclusive), Block VI; Sections 1 to 4 (inclusive), Block XII;
Sections 1 to 8 (inclusive), Block XIII; and Sections 4 to 17
(inclusive) and 20, Block XV, Town of Opua. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1087A,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey,
at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plans S.O.
165531 and S.O. 32341.)

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II
of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act,
1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of February,
1943.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the
thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the
Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be
and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such
reserve shall hereafter form part of the Whakatane Domain, and
be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the
Whakatane Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Borough of Whakatane situated in Block II,
Whakatane Survey District, containing by admeasurement 8-8
perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 29635, being
part of Allotment 287, Waimana Parish, and being the whole of the
land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 731,
folio 219, Auckland Registry. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/217A, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon edged red.

Vesting Reserves in the Trustees for the Timaru Public Cemetery.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of February,
1943.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been
duly set apart as reserves for a public cemetery: And
whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to
vest the said reserves in the trustees for the Timaru Public Cemetery:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of
the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth
hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the
reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the
trustees for the Timaru Public Cemetery, in trust for a public
cemetery.

SCHEDULE.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods, more
or less, situated in the Borough of Timaru and being Reserve 122.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods
20 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough of Timaru, being
part Rural Section 2367, and being all the land contained in
Certificate of Title, Volume 206, folio 79 (Canterbury Registry).

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more
or less, situated in the Borough of Timaru, being Lot 108, Deposited
Plan 263, and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title,
Volume 210, folio 195 (Canterbury Registry).

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 2/101A, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Charles Isakson,
George Haines,
Daniel O'Brien,
Daniel Denis Twomey, and
Thomas O'Donnell

to be the Scarborough Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday,
the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-
three, at half-past one o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the
office of the Pahiatua Trust and Agency Corporation, Limited,
Pahiatua, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be
held.
