The Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice No. 8
PURSUANT to the Rationing Emergency Regulations 1942, I, James Ewing Thomas, Rationing Controller, hereby give notice as follows:—
- This notice may be cited as the Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice No. 8.*
- The Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice No. 6 is hereby revoked.
- The appropriate number of coupons in relation to the following goods rationed under the Clothing Rationing Order 1942 shall be in accordance with the following Schedule.

WOMEN’S FULL-LENGTH HOSIERY
Fully fashioned, of silk or art silk or any mixture thereof
Fully fashioned, of silk or art silk or any mixture thereof (manufacturers’ seconds)

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942.—Amendment to Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 102
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby amend the Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 102 by including therein the undertaking set forth hereunder:—
Steel Distributors, Limited, in respect only of its stores at Wellington and Auckland.

Unclaimed Lands.—Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments
TO the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land containing 3 roods 15 perches, more or less, being Allotment 37 of the Township of Mangonui, being the whole of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 509, folio 205 (Auckland Registry), limited as to parcels and title, and being formerly the land described in a Crown grant to Frank Hebden Wilson, of Mangonui, Settler, recorded as No. 127H, Auckland Deeds Registry:
Whereas, after due inquiry, the owner of the above-described land cannot be found: And whereas the said owner has no known agent in New Zealand:
Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land, and if he fails or neglects so to do the Public Trustee will exercise as regards the said land the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.
