IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, I, Angus McLagan, Minister of National Service, do hereby give notice that I have appointed—

Morton Lockwood, Esquire, to be a deputy member of No. 5A Armed Forces Appeal Board, with headquarters at Wellington, as from the 21st day of July, 1943 ; and Ross Reginald Burridge, Esquire, to be a member (and to be Chairman), of No. 7A Armed Forces Appeal Board, with headquarters at Masterton, as from the 28th day of July, 1943.
