Companies Act, 1933, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held at the office of the Wairoa Motor Garage
Company, Limited, Lucknow Street, Wairoa, Hawke's Bay, on
Friday, 20th August, 1943, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an
account lodged before the meeting showing the manner in which
the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company

PURSUANT to section 232 of the Companies Act, 1933, notice
is hereby given that a general meeting of the Waikiekie
Cattle Dipping Association (Incorporated), in liquidation, will be
held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, the 28th day of August, 1943, at the
Waikiekie Public Hall, for the purpose of receiving the liquidators'
statement of account of the winding-up of the association and of the
disposal of the assets of the association.

EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND

NOTICE UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1928

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District
of Auckland intends to take, under the provisions of the Public
Works Act, 1928, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a
public school, the following land, namely: All that piece of land
situated in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing 15 acres,
more or less, situated in the Papatoetoe Town District, being all the
land on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as
No. 28980, and being part of Allotments 17 and 44 of the Parish of
Manurewa.

A plan of the land is deposited at the Post-office at Papatoetoe,
and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.
All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set
forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such
land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first
publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District
of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street, Auckland.
