(b) Sales by a licensed fish-wholesaler to a licensed fish-retailer
of any fish of a kind and in the state of preparation
described or referred to in the Second Schedule hereto:
(c) Sales by a licensed fish-retailer to a consumer for consumption
off the premises of the retailer of any fish of a kind and
in the state of preparation described or referred to in
the Third Schedule hereto.

(3) The maximum prices fixed by this Order apply with respect
to sales by auction as well as to other sales.

FIXING MAXIMUM PRICES FOR FISH TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES

  1. (1) The maximum price that may be charged or received
    by any licensed fisherman for any fish to which this Order applies
    shall be the appropriate maximum price specified in the First
    Schedule hereto.

(2) The maximum price that may be charged or received by
any licensed fish-wholesaler for any fish to which this Order applies,
when sold to a licensed fish-retailer, shall be the appropriate maximum
price specified in the Second Schedule hereto.

(3) The maximum price that may be charged or received by
any licensed fish-retailer for any fish to which this Order applies
shall be the appropriate maximum price specified in the Third
Schedule hereto.

The Electric Radiators Order 1943, Amendment No. 1

PURSUANT to the Supply Control Emergency Regulations
1939* and the Electricity Emergency Regulations 1939†,
the Electricity Controller doth hereby order and direct as follows :—

  1. This Order may be cited as the Electric Radiators Order
    1943, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and
    deemed part of the Electric Radiators Order 1943‡ (hereinafter
    referred to as “the principal Order”).

  2. Clause 2 of the principal Order is hereby amended by adding
    the following as subclause (2) thereof :—

“ (2) For the purposes of this Order the following licensees
shall, in relation to the respective areas within which electricity
is supplied by them, be deemed to be supply authorities :—

“The Waimea, Marlborough, Teviot, Wairere, and Golden
Bay Electric-power Boards; the Nelson City Council;
the Picton, Queenstown, and Raetihi Borough Councils;
the Kaikoura, Murchison, and Uawa County Councils;
Leo Keys, Kohukohu; the Reefton Electric Light and
Power Company, Limited; Rawene Motors, Limited.”
