(2) For the purpose of assisting in the administration of this scheme there shall be a committee as follows :—
(a) Two members to be appointed by the Taihape Borough Council ;
(b) One member to be appointed by the parties to the scheme ;
(c) The Zoning Officer for the North Island.
(3) Any committee member other than the Zoning Officer may resign his office by writing addressed to the Minister.
(4) On the death, resignation, or removal from office of any committee member, other than the Zoning Officer, the vacancy created thereby shall be filled by appointment in the manner in which the vacating member was appointed.
(5) The functions of the committee shall be to receive and investigate complaints affecting the administration of the scheme in its area, to advise the Minister on any matters that may be referred to the committee by the Minister or that may be considered by it of its own motion, and to make recommendations to the Minister for amending the scheme.
(6) Subject to the foregoing provisions of this scheme, the committee may regulate its procedure in such manner as it thinks fit.
(7) The names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme and the areas in which they may deliver milk are as follows :—

The Manaia, Kaponga, and Okaiawa Rural Bread Delivery Notice 1943
PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows :—
- This notice may be cited as the Manaia, Kaponga, and Okaiawa Rural Bread Delivery Notice 1943.
- This notice shall come into force on the Monday following the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
- The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the district described in the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
THE MANAIA, KAPONGA, AND OKAIawa RURAL BREAD DELIVERY SCHEME, 1943
(1) For the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“ The district ” means the area as outlined in red, green, or blue on the plan :
“ The plan ” means the plan of the district deposited for the purposes of the scheme in the Head Office of the Transport Department under No. TT. 3404.
(2) This scheme shall be read as supplementary to and not in substitution for the Manaia Commodities Delivery Notice 1942.*
(3) It is a condition of this scheme that bread shall be delivered within the district only by the parties and in the areas as described hereunder, and as more particularly described in the letter of the 10th May attached to the plan and forwarded to the Commissioner of Transport by the Secretary of the West Coast (North Island) Master Bakers’ Association.

The Cambridge and Area Bread Delivery Notice 1943
PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows :—
- This notice may be cited as the Cambridge and Area Bread Delivery Notice 1943.
- This notice shall come into force on the Monday following the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
SCHEDULE
THE CAMBRIDGE AND AREA BREAD DELIVERY SCHEME, 1943
(1) For the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“ The district ” means the area of the Cambridge Borough and the area adjoining thereto as marked in green or red on the plan :
“ Wholesale purchaser ” means either—
(a) A person who purchases not less than thirty-six 2 lb. loaves per week or their equivalent in weight ; or
(b) A hospital, hotel, or similar institution :
“ The plan ” means the plan of the district deposited for the purposes of the scheme in the Head Office of the Transport Department under No. TT. 3401.
(2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that—
(a) Bread shall be delivered within the Borough of Cambridge to wholesale purchasers only :
(b) Bread shall be delivered not more frequently than twice weekly to the district outside of the Borough of Cambridge.
(3) The names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme and the area in which they may deliver bread are as follows :—

Hauraki Plains County Meat Delivery Scheme, 1943, Amendment No. 2
WHEREAS by a notice published in the Gazette on the 25th day of February, 1943, at page 233, the Minister of Transport, pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942, provided for the Hauraki Plains Meat Delivery Scheme, 1943 (hereinafter referred to as “ the scheme ”) :
And whereas the said scheme was amended by notice published in the Gazette on the 10th day of June, 1943, at page 658 :
And whereas it is desired further to amend the scheme by a readjustment of the authority for certain of the deliveries of meat authorized by the scheme :
Now, therefore, the Minister of Transport, pursuant to Regulation 5 of the said regulations, doth hereby amend the scheme by revoking clause (d) of the award which is described in paragraph 3 of the Schedule to the scheme.

Establishment of Armed Forces Appeal Boards
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by Regulations 22 and 23 of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, I, Angus McLagan, Minister of National Service, do hereby disestablish as from the 10th day of July, 1943, all Armed Forces Appeal Boards at present established, and do revoke as from the date aforesaid all appointments made thereto and at present subsisting ; and, in further pursuance and exercise of the powers aforesaid, I do hereby establish as from the 11th day of July, 1943, the following Armed Forces Appeal Boards, namely :—
No. 1 Armed Forces Appeal Board, with headquarters at Auckland ; and I do appoint as members thereof
Charles Rutherford Orr Walker, Esquire (to be Chairman),
Albert Morller Samuel, Esquire, and
Thomas Percival McCready, Esquire ;
and I do further appoint
