Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in the Waipawa Survey District, Wellington Land District

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of July, 1943
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a site for a post-office over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Town of Geraldine, Canterbury Land District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for police purposes: And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for plantation purposes:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for police purposes to a reserve for plantation purposes.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

RESERVE 2683, Town of Geraldine : Area, 9 acres 2 roods 21 perches, more or less.

Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

BY virtue of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the landing reserve in the Auckland Land District, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908; and such reserve shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.

SCHEDULE

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area in Rotorua County, situated in Block XII, Rotoiti Survey District, containing by admeasurement 13·3 perches, more or less, being Lot 10 on D.P. 22120, being part Haumingi No. 6 Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 458, folio 76 (Auckland Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/9/61, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

ALL that area containing 16 acres 1 rood 11 perches, more or less, being Sections 1 of 16, 3 of 16, and 4 of 16, Block VII, South Molyneux Survey District, and part of Section 48, Block IV, Glenomaru Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/100A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 8-4 perches, more or less, being Lot 51 (D.P. 2469), part of Section 16, Square 9, Block XII, Kaiteriteri Survey District.
