CORRIGENDA
IN the notices under the Regulations Act, 1936, published in the Gazette of the 15th July, 1943, at page 773, the date of enactment of the Motor-vehicles (Special Types) Regulations (No. 2), 1937, Amendment No. 1, and the Transport Licensing Passenger Regulations 1936, Amendment No. 4, should read “14/7/43” instead of “15/7/43.”

Crown Land in Auckland Land District set apart for the Purposes of the Native Housing Act, 1935

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section two of the Native Housing Amendment Act, 1938, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set aside for the purposes of the Native Housing Act, 1935.
SCHEDULE
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—BOROUGH OF WAIHI
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 3 roods 25 perches, more or less, being Section 193, Block XVI, Ohinemuri Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 30/228/61c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. 31408.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of July, 1943.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 5·76 perches.
Being part Lot 214, Glen Estate, and being part Section 67, Block VI, Town District (City of Dunedin) (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9328.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115502, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
