SCHEDULE
Class A.—On the unimproved value of all lands classified as Class A by the arbitrators appointed under section 6 of the Rangitaiki Land Drainage Act, 1910, twopence and seventy-eight one-hundredths of a penny (2·78d.) in the pound.
Class B.—On the unimproved value of all lands so classified as Class B, one penny and eighty-six one-hundredths of a penny (1·86d.) in the pound.
Class C.—On the unimproved value of all lands so classified as Class C, ninety-three one-hundredths of a penny (0·93d.) in the pound.
Class D.—On the unimproved value of all lands so classified as Class D, thirty-one one-hundredths of a penny (0·31d.) in the pound.

The Beeswax Control Notice 1943
PURSUANT to the Factory Emergency Regulations 1939, I, George Augustus Pascoe, Factory Controller, hereby direct and give notice as follows :—

This notice may be cited as the Beeswax Control Notice 1943.

This notice shall come into force on the day next following the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

After the coming into force of this notice no person shall sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any beeswax except with the precedent consent in writing of the Factory Controller or of some approving officer appointed by the Factory Controller in that behalf.

On and after the 24th day of July, 1943, no person shall use beeswax except with the precedent consent in writing of the Factory Controller or of some approving officer appointed by the Factory Controller in that behalf.

Nothing in clauses 3 and 4 hereof shall apply to the transfer by any beekeeper of beeswax to a manufacturer of bee-comb foundations for the purpose of the manufacture of bee-comb foundations for such beekeeper’s own use nor to the manufacture of bee-comb foundations to the order of a beekeeper for his own use.

Within fourteen days of the publication hereof in the Gazette every owner of more than 10 lb. of beeswax shall furnish in writing delivered to the Factory Controller particulars of his stocks of beeswax as at the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette showing—
(a) Total quantities ;
(b) Whether crude, clear, or refined ;
(c) Address where stored.

Economic Stabilization Emergency Regulations 1942.—Wartime Price Index
IN accordance with Regulation 41 of the Economic Stabilization Emergency Regulations 1942, it is hereby notified that the wartime price index as at the 15th day of June, 1943 (on base : 15th December, 1942 = 1000) was 1000. This figure indicates that, after seasonal adjustment has been made in respect of certain commodities the prices of which are subject to seasonal movement, the general level of prices of commodities, &c., included in the wartime price index was the same at 15th June, 1943, as at 15th December, 1942.
