IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
The Chairman of the Murchison County Council, ex officio,

Henry Thomas Kidson,
Keith Welch Walker,
Arthur Stratford,
Ernest Harold Thomson, and

to be the Rotoiti Domain Board, having control of the land described
in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the
twenty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-
three, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of
Mr. F. G. Gibbs, 209 Collingwood Street, Nelson, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for public buildings
over the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby cancel the reservation for cemetery purposes over the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare
that the said lands, being vested in the Crown, are Crown lands
available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
