Auckland Abattoir District extended.—(Notice No. Ag. 4012)

Wellington, 27th May, 1943.
PURSUANT to section 15 (7) of the Meat Act, 1939, notice is hereby given that—
(1) By deed of agreement dated the 29th day of April, 1943, made between the Auckland City Council and the Ellerslie Borough Council, the abattoir established and maintained by the said City Council has been made available for the Borough of Ellerslie ;
(2) The Auckland Abattoir District as affected by the said agreement shall comprise all that area described in the Schedule hereto ; and
(3) The Auckland City Council shall be the controlling authority of the abattoir for the purposes of the Auckland Abattoir District described in the said Schedule.

DESCRIPTION OF AUCKLAND ABATTOIR DISTRICT
ALL that area for the time being comprised in the City of Auckland, the boroughs of Birkenhead, Devonport, Ellerslie, Mount Albert, Mount Eden, One Tree Hill, Newmarket, Onehunga, Otahuhu, Takapuna, Northcote, New Lynn, Manurewa, the town districts of Henderson, Glen Eden, and Howick, the road districts of Mount Roskill, Mount Wellington, and Panmure Township, and the ridings of Mangere and Papatoetoe in the County of Manukau.

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942.—Amendment to Declaration of Essential Industry No. 6
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby amend the Declaration of Essential Industry No. 6 by inserting before the words “public and private hospitals” the words “Hospital Boards and”.

IT is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Regulation 44 of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, I have, on the 3rd June, 1943, issued to—
James Yakas, Share-milker, Tangowahine, Registration No. 639563,
Henry William Tapson, Projectionist, care of General Post Office, Wellington, Registration No. 642788.
Arthur Stanley Wotten, Farmer, Ashton, Registration No. 642886, and
Frederick John Preece Wotten, Farmer, Ashton, Registration No. 642885,
notices calling them up for service with the Armed Forces, such persons having been severally convicted for that, being reservists belonging to a division of the Reserve the enrolment of which has been proclaimed, they did fail to make application in writing for enrolment in that class of the Reserve as required by Regulation 43 (1) of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.

The National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.—Notice under Regulation 19 requiring Men, who have been called up for Service with the Armed Forces, to report
I, ALBERT EDWARD CONWAY, Adjutant-General, New Zealand Military Forces, and an authorized officer for the purpose of the above-mentioned regulations, do hereby give notice, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 19 of the said regulations, that the men whose names, addresses, and descriptions are given in the Schedule attached (being men who have been called up in accordance with the said regulations for service with the Armed Forces), are required to report at the respective times and places shown in the said Schedule.
