A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Approximate Area of the Piece of Road closed. Adjoining or passing through Situated In Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 1 0 11 Sections 25 and 1 of I (S.O.D. 88.) (Otago R.D.) .. I and II Dunedin and East Taieri P.W.D. 115345 Green.

All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of May, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 0 roods 12 perches.

Adjoining Allotment 157, and Lot 7 D.P. 10940 being part Allotment 106, Paremoremo Parish.

Situated in Block V, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32703.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115566, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of May, 1943.

Crown Land set apart for the Foxton—New Plymouth Railway in Block VI, Paritutu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Foxton—New Plymouth Railway; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 10-6 perches.

Being part closed road adjoining Railway reserve.

Situated in Block VI, Paritutu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7983.)


In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114606, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of May, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of May, 1943.
