NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME

I, NGAKAU TATE, of 26 Hart Avenue, in the City of Lower Hutt, in the Dominion of New Zealand, heretofore called and known by the name of NGAKAU TAATI, hereby give public notice that on the 7th day of May, 1943, I formally renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of my said surname of TAATI and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of TATE instead of the said name of TAATI.

And I further give notice that by a deed-poll dated the 7th day of May, 1943, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wellington on the 18th day of May, 1943, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of TAATI and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of TATE instead of TAATI, and so as to be at all times thereafter called and known and described by the name of TATE exclusively.

I, NORMAN GRAEME MARSHALL, M.B., Ch.B., University of New Zealand, 1943, now residing in Wellington, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 19th June, 1943, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Department of Health at Wellington.

Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d., increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
