ESTATE OF MAUD ELIZABETH HUNT

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, TARANAKI DISTRICT

In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, Part IV, and in the matter of the Estate of MAUD ELIZABETH HUNT, late of New Plymouth, Milliner, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an Order of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth, dated the 7th May, 1943, I was appointed administrator of the estate of the above-named Maud Elizabeth Hunt, and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at my office, Courthouse, New Plymouth, on Thursday, the 20th day of May, 1943, at 11 a.m.

All claims against the above estate must be lodged, by proof of debt, with me or on before the 7th July, 1943.

ESTATE OF THOMAS JOHN HENDERSON

In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of the Estate of THOMAS JOHN HENDERSON, late of Tuatapere, but now deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand on the 5th day of May, 1943, pursuant to the powers in that behalf conferred upon him by section 62 of the above-mentioned Act, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Wellington electing to administer the above estate under Part IV of the said Act, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realized, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Invercargill, on Tuesday, the 18th day of May, 1943, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon.

Notice is finally given that all creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act, 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be procured at my office.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whakatane County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—namely, the protection of portion of the banks of the Raroa Stream—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken : And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the said Whakatane County Council situated at The Strand, Whakatane, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Clerk of the said Council at the said office.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the parcel of land required to be taken : 1 acre 2 roods 13 perches, being portion of Section 1, Waimana Settlement, Block III, Waimana Survey District, situated in the County of Whakatane. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan No. S.O. 31342, and thereon coloured grey.
