THE HON. D. G. SULLIVAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public
Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
amend the Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of
February, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in
the New Zealand Gazette No. 25 of the fourteenth day of the following
month, at page 932, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Wellington as number 234, exempting Coromandel Street and Dowro
Avenue, in the City of Wellington, from the provisions of section
one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1905, subject
to a condition as to the building-line, by cancelling the condition
as to the building-line imposed by the said Order in Council in so
far as it affects the northern side of portion of Dowro Avenue
fronting part Lot 14, Block G, D.P. 467, Block VII, Port Nicholson
Survey District, being all of the land comprised and described in
Certificate of Title, Volume 301, folio 286 (Wellington Registry).

of Mount Eden, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of
the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day of May,
1943
Present:
THE HON. D. G. SULLIVAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public
Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve
of the following resolution passed by the Mount Eden Borough
Council on the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-three, in so far as it affects the side and portion
of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:
"The Mount Eden Borough Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets or roads in the Borough of Mount
Eden, by resolution declares that the provisions of section
one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to the northern side of the portion of Mont Le
Grand Road adjoining the property of Mrs. Agnes Jeffrey,
being Lot 35 and part of Lot 36 on a plan deposited in the
Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 6780, and being
part of Allotments 104 and 105 of Section 10 of the Suburbs
of Auckland as comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 197,
folio 144, of the Land Transfer Register-books at Auckland";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of
portion of Mont Le Grand Road (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street.
SCHEDULE
The northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the North
Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Eden, known as Mont
Le Grand Road, fronting Lot 35 and part of Lot 36, D.P. 6780,
being portion of Allotments 104 and 105 of Section 10, Suburbs of
Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 116844, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

land, and the Southern Side of Portion of Norwich Street, in the
City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public
Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve

on the twentieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-two, the portions of streets affected by such resolution being
more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:
"The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having
control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the
south-east side of portion of Fleet Street adjoining Lots 70,
71, and 72 of part Allotment 5A, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland,
C/T. 544/206, and the south side of portion of Norwich Street
adjoining Lots 44 and 45 of part allotment 5A, Section 7, Suburbs
of Auckland, C/T. 545/196";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side
of portion of Fleet Street or on the land fronting the southern side
of portion of Norwich Street (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the
said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE
The south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the
North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Fleet
Street, fronting Lots 70, 71, and 72 on Deeds Plan 1331, being part
Allotment 5A, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland, also the southern
side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district
and city known as Norwich Street, fronting Lot 44 and part Lot 45
on Deeds Plan 1331, being part Allotment 5A, Section 7, Suburbs
of Auckland. As the same are more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 115827, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day of May,

Present:
THE HON. D. G. SULLIVAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the ninth day
of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
nine, and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of that
month, the control of Section 248, Hikuai Settlement, Block II,
Tairua Survey District, Auckland Land District, a reserve for
a site for a public hall, was vested in certain persons therein
named, who were by the said Order in Council constituted a
special Board, by the name of the Hikuai Public Hall Board,
in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928 :
And whereas it is desirable that William Frederick Ogston should
be appointed a member of the said Board in place of Eldon Wilbur
Cornes, left the district:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and
exercise of the powers conferred on him by section seventeen of
the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth
hereby appoint the said
William Frederick Ogston
to be a member of the Hikuai Public Hall Board, constituted by
the Order in Council dated the ninth day of August, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-nine, hereinbefore referred to, in place of the
said Eldon Wilbur Cornes, left the district.

Pavilion as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be
held.
