The Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice No. 7.

PURSUANT to the Rationing Emergency Regulations 1942, I, James Ewing Thomas, Rationing Controller, hereby give notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice No. 7.*

  2. The appropriate number of coupons in relation to the following goods rationed under the Rationing Order 1942 shall be in accordance with the following Schedule.

Education Reserve in North Auckland Land District for Lease by Public Auction.

North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office,

Auckland, 28th April, 1943.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserve will be offered for lease by public auction at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, at 2.30 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, 8th June, 1943, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-EDUCATION RESERVE.

City of Auckland.

Lot 17 of Allotment 83, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland : Area, 1 acre. Upset annual rental, Β£17 10s.

This section is situated in Manawa Road, off Victoria Avenue, Remuera, and is three or four minutes from tram-route. All modern amenities are available. It is suitable as a good building-site, the section being flat to undulating with an easterly aspect.

Form of lease may be perused and any further particulars required may be obtained at the office of the undersigned.
