The National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.—Notice under Regulation 19 requiring Men, who have been called up for Service with the Armed Forces, to report.
I, ALBERT EDWARD CONWAY, Adjutant-General, New Zealand Military Forces, and an authorized officer for the purpose of the above-mentioned regulations, do hereby give notice, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 19 of the said regulations, that the men whose names, addresses, and descriptions are given in the Schedule attached (being men who have been called up in accordance with the said regulations for service with the Armed Forces), are required to report at the respective times and places shown in the said Schedule.

Price Order No. 133 (Patons and Baldwins Wools).
IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Price Tribunal by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* and with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following Price Order :—
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 133.
- (1) Price Order No. 90† is hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the said Price Order shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the date of this Order. - The maximum price at which Patons and Baldwins wools of the name and description mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereto may be sold by way of retail at any place in New Zealand shall be not more than the price set out in the second column of the said Schedule opposite each such name and description.

Price Order No. 134 (“Glacia” Plain Table Salt).
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following Price Order :—
PRELIMINARY.
- (1) This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 134.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication in the Gazette.
APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER.
- This Order applies only with respect to plain table salt packed in 20 oz. drums by the National Dairy Association of New Zealand, Limited, and marketed under the trade-name “Glacia.”
FIXING MAXIMUM PRICES FOR “GLACIA” PLAIN TABLE SALT SOLD IN 20 OZ. DRUMS.
Packer's Prices.
- The maximum price that may be charged or received by the packer for any salt to which this Order applies shall be determined as follows :—
(a) When sold for delivery to a wholesaler in Auckland, Per Dozen.
Wellington, Christchurch, s. d.
or Dunedin . . . . . 7 7 (“freight free”).
(b) When sold for delivery to a wholesaler at any other place in New Zealand . . 7 7 (plus freight charges).
Wholesalers' Prices.
- (1) Subject to subclause (2) hereof, the maximum price that may be charged or received by a wholesaler for any salt to which this Order applies shall be determined as follows :— Per Dozen.
s. d.
(a) Where the wholesaler buys “freight free” . . 9 0
(b) Where the wholesaler incurs freight charges . . 9 6
(2) The maximum prices fixed by the last preceding subclause shall be subject to a discount of 2½ per cent. if payment is made by the twentieth day of the month following the month of delivery.
Retailers' Prices.
- The maximum price that may be charged or received by a retailer for any salt to which this Order applies shall be determined as follows :—
(a) Where supplies of salt are delivered to a retailer by a wholesaler who buys “freight free” and the retailer does not himself incur freight charges . . . . . 11d. per 20 oz. drum.
(b) In every other case . . . . . 11½d. per 20 oz. drum.
