HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Raglan County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of April, 1943.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Harold Richard Pugh,
Robert David Smith,
Richard Lewis Pugh,
Douglas George Lyall, and
Frederick David Martin

to be the St. Andrew’s Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Library, St. Andrew’s, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

ST. ANDREW’S DOMAIN.—CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 24 acres 0 roods 12 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 634 (in red), situate in Block XII, Otaio Survey District, and Block IV, Patiti Survey District: Commencing at the north-west corner of Rural Section 6230; thence bounded towards the north-west by a public road, 2844 links; towards the north-east by Rural Section 7103, 1078 links; towards the south-east by the railway reserve, 2730 links; and towards the south-west by Rural Section 6230, 729 links, to the point of commencement; save and except the portion used as a public pound, for which due allowance has been made in the area: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
