IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for tramway purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Cemetery in Block II, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 66 of the second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at page 1858, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 11091, taking land for a cemetery in Block II, Whakatane Survey District, as effects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 1 acre 0 roods 10 perches.

Being part Lot 2, D.P. 28698, being part Allotment 245, Waimana Parish.
