Each such half-yearly instalment includes a repayment of principal
of the amount set opposite such instalment in the third column of
the said Schedule and a half-year's interest calculated at the rate
of three pounds seven shillings and sixpence (£3 7s. 6d.) per centum
per annum, as specified in clause two of the said Order in Council,
on the amount of principal outstanding immediately prior to the date
of payment of such instalment.

PURSUANT to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1937,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart
and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule
hereto as a Native reservation for the common use of the Ngatita-
maahuroa Tribe as a meeting-place, burial-ground, and place of
historical interest.
