Sister (temp. Charge Sister) H. M. Hutchinson ceases to be seconded to the Royal N.Z. Air Force, dated 11th November, 1942, is appointed Assistant Matron of a General Hospital, and granted the rank of Charge Sister, dated 12th November, 1942.
