PURSUANT to Regulation 13 of the Economic Stabilization Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Industries and Commerce has appointed every Inspector of Factories holding office under section 3 (1) of the Factories Act, 1921–22, to be an authorized person for the purposes of Part III of the Economic Stabilization Emergency Regulations 1942.
