This Order applies to those employees of Ford Motor Company of New Zealand, Limited, working under the New Zealand Metal Trades Employees’ award and the New Zealand Motor Mechanics’ award and to the employers of such workers.
-
The provisions of all Acts and regulations and Orders thereunder, and of all awards and industrial agreements under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, and of all other voluntary agreements affecting conditions of employment of the workers hereinbefore mentioned are hereby suspended, subject, however, to the terms, conditions, and exceptions hereinafter set forth.
-
The Labour Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940 and the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1942 and any amendments thereof prescribing the conditions of employment in essential undertakings shall not be suspended or affected by this Order.
-
