SCHEDULE.
THE KAIKOHE COMMODITIES DELIVERY SCHEME, 1943.
(1) FOR the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“ The district ” means the area of the Kaikohe Town Board as at present constituted :
“ Minister ” means the Minister of Transport :
“ Wholesale purchaser ” means a person who purchases commodities for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies daily :
“ Commodities ” means bread and meat.
(2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that—
(a) Bread or meat shall be delivered within the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only, subject to the provisions of clause (b) hereafter :
(b) Meat may be delivered in the district by any vendor to any person, whether or not that person is a wholesale purchaser for the purposes of the scheme, on such three days in any week during the months of December, January, and February in each year, and on such two days in any week during the months of March to November (inclusive) in each year, as the Minister or a Zoning Officer shall from time to time appoint in respect of the scheme.

The Kohukohu Commodities Delivery Notice 1943.

PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows :—

  1. This notice may be cited as the Kohukohu Commodities Delivery Notice 1943.
  2. This notice shall come into force on the seventh day after the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
  3. The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the district described in the said Schedule.

    SCHEDULE.
    THE KOHUKOHU COMMODITIES DELIVERY SCHEME, 1943.
    (1) FOR the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
    “ The district ” means the area within a radius of one mile from the Post-office, Kohukohu :
    “ Minister ” means the Minister of Transport :
    “ Commodities ” means bread and meat :
    “ Wholesale purchaser ” means a person who purchases commodities for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies of commodities daily.
    (2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that—
    (a) Bread and meat shall be delivered within the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only, subject to the provisions of clause (b) hereafter :
    (b) Meat may be delivered in the district by any vendor to any person, whether or not that person is a wholesale purchaser for the purposes of the scheme, on such three days in any week during the months of December, January, and February in each year, and on such two days in any week during the months of March to November (inclusive) in each year, as the Minister or a Zoning Officer shall from time to time appoint in respect of the scheme.

The Thames Commodities Delivery Notice 1943.

    THE THAMES COMMODITIES DELIVERY SCHEME, 1943.
    (1) FOR the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
    “ Commodities ” means meat and groceries :
    “ The district ” means the area of the Borough of Thames as at present constituted :

“ Wholesale purchaser ” means a person who purchases commodities for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies of commodities daily :
“ Minister ” means the Minister of Transport.
(2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that—
(a) Meat may be delivered in the district by any vendor to any person, whether or not that person is a wholesale purchaser for the purposes of the scheme, on such three days in any week during the months of December, January, and February in each year, and on such two days in any week during the months of March to November (inclusive) in each year, as the Minister or a Zoning Officer shall from time to time appoint in respect of the scheme, but that otherwise meat may be delivered in the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only :
(b) No groceries shall be delivered for any one household or person—
(i) On Saturday to Monday inclusive in any week :
(ii) On more than one occasion in any week.

The Hawera Meat Delivery Notice 1943.

PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows :—

  1. This notice may be cited as the Hawera Meat Delivery Notice 1943.
  2. This notice shall come into force on the Monday following the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
  3. The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the district described in the Schedule hereto.

    SCHEDULE.
    THE HAWERA MEAT DELIVERY SCHEME, 1943.
    (1) FOR the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
    “ The district ” means the area within a radius of two miles of the Chief Post-office, Hawera :
    “ Wholesale purchaser ” means a person who purchases meat for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies of meat daily :
    “ Minister ” means the Minister of Transport.
    (2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that meat may be delivered in the district by any vendor to any person, whether or not that person is a wholesale purchaser for the purposes of the scheme, on such three days in any week during the months of December, January, and February in each year, and on such two days in any week during the months of March to November (inclusive) in each year, as the Minister or a Zoning Officer shall from time to time appoint in respect of the scheme, but that otherwise meat may be delivered in the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only.

    THE HASTINGS MEAT DELIVERY SCHEME, 1943.
    (1) FOR the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
    “ The district ” means the Borough of Hastings as at present constituted :
    “ Milk scheme ” means the Hastings Milk Delivery Scheme, 1942, published in the Gazette on the 10th day of December, 1942, page 2872 :
    “ Minister ” means the Minister of Transport :
    “ Wholesale purchaser ” means a person who purchases meat for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, boarding-house, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies daily.
