Land taken for the Purposes of Linen-flax Development (Tapanui Factory) in Blocks IV, XIII, and XV, Glenkenich Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of linen-flax development (Tapanui Factory); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 14 acres 3 roods 11·3 perches.
Being Lots 11 to 25 inclusive, and part Lot 26, D.P. 9348, being part Section 94, Hutt District.
Situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District. (S.O. 20884.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115765, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of February, 1943.
