Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Orewa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Orewa Domain Board.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Waitemata County, situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods and 8·5 perches, more or less, being Lots 122 to 128 inclusive, and Lot 237 of Allotment 279, Parish of Waiwera. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/851c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
