Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Blocks VII, XIII, and X, Waipahi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of December, 1943.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 24 perches.
Adjoining Section 32.
Situated in Block X, Waiau Survey District (Southland R.D.).

In the Southland Land District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 118244, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of December, 1943.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre 1 rood 5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Taumatamakuku No. 2b Block.
Situated in Block XI, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30677.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111533, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1943.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Road in Block IV, Mata Survey District, Waiapu County

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 11·4 perches.
Being part Section 1.
Situated in Block IV, Mata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.).
