NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Canterbury Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.

APPLICATION FOR A WATER-RACE.

In the Warden’s Court held at Cromwell.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to the Warden at Cromwell by His Majesty the King for a water-race to divert six heads for mining and irrigation purposes, commencing in Luggate Creek 500 yards above the main road running west to east for three-quarters of a mile and terminating near Dead Horse Creek.

And such application will be heard in the Warden’s Court at Cromwell on Thursday, 15th April, 1943, at 10.30 a.m.

Objections must be filed in the Registrar’s Office and notified to applicant at least three days before the time so appointed.
