Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Ngatimaru Survey District, Taranaki Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of February, 1943.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a public cemetery over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 25, Block X, Ngatimaru Survey District: Area, 8 acres, more or less.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Thomas Templeton Murray,
Percy Arthur Griffiths,
George William Were,
Thomas Needham, and
Arthur John Griffiths
to be the Toko Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Coronation Hall, Toko, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
TOKO DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District containing by admeasurement 7 acres 0 roods 32·7 perches, more or less, being part Section No. 36, Block III, Ngaiire Survey District: Bounded towards the north generally by other part of Section No. 36, Block III, Ngaiire Survey District, 1083·4 links; towards the south-east by railway reserve, 1451·6 links; and towards the west by a road and other part of Section No. 36 aforesaid, 1077 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/401A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

to be the Trotter’s Creek Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. S. J. Trotter, Hillgrove, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Abel Tasman National Park.—Board of Control appointed.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of that month, an area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing some thirty-seven thousand six hundred and twenty-two acres, more or less, as more particularly described in the Schedule to the said Order in Council, was declared to be a national park under and subject to the provisions of Part III of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and named the Abel Tasman National Park:
And whereas it is desirable that a Board should be appointed to have the control and management of the said National Park:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section seventy-three of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint—
The member for Motueka Electoral District, ex officio,
The member for Nelson Electoral District, ex officio,
The member for Southern Maori Electoral District, ex officio,
The Mayor of Motueka, ex officio,
The Mayor of Nelson, ex officio,
The Chairman of the Takaka County Council, ex officio,
The Chairman of the Waimea County Council, ex officio,
The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Nelson Land District, ex officio,
The Conservator of Forests for the Nelson Conservancy, ex officio,
Frederick Giles Gibbs, M.A.,
Thomas Houlker, and
Perrine Moncrieff
to be the Abel Tasman National Park Board, having the control and management of the Abel Tasman National Park hereinbefore referred to, the members of such Board to hold office for a term of three years from the date hereof.

Lake Okataina Scenic Board Regulations.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of February, 1943.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section seventeen of the Native Purposes Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, making the Lake Okataina Scenic Board Regulations 1932, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make the following regulations prescribing the practice and procedure of the Board of Control constituted to control the Lake Okataina Scenic Reserves.
REGULATIONS.

These regulations may be cited as the Lake Okataina Scenic Board Regulations 1943.

In these regulations, if not inconsistent with the context,—
“Board” means the Lake Okataina Scenic Board constituted pursuant to the provisions of section 17(1) of the Native Purposes Act, 1931, by the Warrant dated the 3rd day of February, 1943, and gazetted on the 11th day of that month :
