PURSUANT to the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908, the following names of officiating ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information:—

CROWN LANDS NOTICES
Town Lands in Auckland Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease
Auckland District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 30th November, 1943.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections are open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 11 o’clock a.m. on Monday, 24th January, 1944.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 25th January, 1944, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon the conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot a deposit comprising the first half-year’s rent, broken-period rent, and lease fee.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TOWN LAND
Te Kuiti Borough.—Te Kuiti Native Township
Subdivision of Sections 13 and 14, Block VII
Lot 1, Area, 17·5 perches. Capital value, £50; half-yearly rent, £1 5s.
Lot 2, area, 17·9 perches. Capital value, £50; half-yearly rent, £1 5s.
Lot 3, area, 18·3 perches. Capital value, £50; half-yearly rent, £1 5s.
These are level sections fronting the Mangaokewa River road (unformed) adjacent to the Te Kuiti Club premises.

These are residential sites situated fronting King Street, Te Kuiti, about half a mile from the business centre.

Christchurch, 30th November, 1943.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections are open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday, 10th January, 1944.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch, on Tuesday, 11th January, 1944, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot a deposit comprising the first half-year’s rent, broken-period rent, weighting for improvements, and lease fee.

Reserve 3618, Block XII: Area, 1 rood. Capital value, £20; half-yearly rent, 10s.
Reserve 3607 is loaded with the sum of 10s. for improvements (payable in cash) comprising approximately 1 chain of old wire fence on road boundary.
These sections are situated in the Horndon Township, and comprise good building-sites. Reserve 3607 has a frontage to Russel Street and Reserve 3618 has a frontage to Railway Terrace.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Westland Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
