Pilot Officer William Robert MACKRELL was sentenced by General Court-martial to take rank and precedence as if his appointment as Pilot Officer bore date the 6th September, 1943. Dated 12th October, 1943.

Pilot Officer Walter George MORRIN was sentenced by General Court-martial to take rank and precedence as if his appointment as Pilot Officer bore date the 1st November, 1943. Dated 5th November, 1943.
