NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Mangonui County situated in Block VI, Hohora East Survey District, containing by admeasurement 49 acres, more or less, bounded towards the north-east by closed road, Proclamation No. 3200, and Sections 11 and 12, Block VI, Hohora East Survey District, 1631 links; towards the south-east generally by a public road, 11-6, 1540-2, 544-0, 387-6, and 520-6 links; towards the south-west by Section 40 of the aforesaid Block VI, Hohora East Survey District, 1400 links; and towards the north-west by Crown land, 3229-1 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S. 22/684/40, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Recreation Reserve in the Nelson Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Kaiteriteri Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Kaiteriteri Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 35 perches, being part Section 16 (D.P. 3111), Square 9 (being all the land in Certificate of Titles, Volume 88, folio 171, Nelson Registry), situated in Block XII, Kaiteriteri Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L and S. 1/983m, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered yellow. (S.O. plan 9278.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was acquired.
