A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses, of the Borough of Napier, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Hawke’s Bay as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

Alteration of Boundaries, Christchurch Drainage District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to and form part of the Christchurch Drainage District; and, with the like powers and authorities, do hereby also declare that the said area shall be added to the Heathcote Subdistrict of the said district.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 28·7 perches, more or less, and being Lots 1, 2, and 3, Deposited Plan No. 11511, Rural Section 54, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificates of Title, Volume 460, folio 148, Volume 460, folio 150, and Volume 460, folio 149, respectively; Lots 5 and part Lot 4, Deposited Plan No. 8731, and Lots 1 and 2, Deposited Plan No. 7847, Rural Section 54, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificates of Title, Volume 448, folio 173, Volume 377, folio 200, and Volume 379, folio 5, respectively; also a part of Lot 26, Deposited Plan No. 7811, Rural Section 73, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 474, folio 213, Canterbury Registry.
