W.O. I James Malcolm to be Lieutenant and Quartermaster
(temp.). Dated 12th September, 1942.
N.Z. TEMPORARY STAFF.
Major E. R. Winkler, M.C., to be Lieutenant-Colonel (temp.).

Major (temp.) G. R. Powles is granted the acting rank of
Lieutenant-Colonel. Dated 24th August, 1942.
Douglas George Ball, M.A., LL.B., is granted the honorary
