SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Waitomo County containing by admeasurement a total area of 1 acre 2 roods 35·9 perches, more or less, being Sections 23 and 24, Block X, Orabiri Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/156A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plans 31250 and 31446.) (Public-school site.)

All that area containing 2 roods 33·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. No. 30223, being portion of Section 18, Block X, Orabiri Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 748, folio 60, Auckland Registry. (Accommodation-house.)

Notice of Intention to issue an Order in Council revoking the Reservation for Recreation Purposes over Part of a Reserve in Town of Waitara West, Taranaki Land District.

WHEREAS by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), it is provided that the Governor-General may, from time to time by Order in Council, revoke the reservation over any public reserve or part thereof, and thereupon the land comprised therein, shall, if vested in the Crown or in any local authority or trustees deriving title from the Crown, become Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924 :

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto is part of a reserve duly set apart for recreation purposes, but is not required for that purpose, and it is expedient to revoke the reservation over the said land :

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby give notice, pursuant to subsection two of section seven of the said Act, that it is my intention to issue an Order in Council under the provisions of subsection one (b) of section seven of the said Act, declaring that the reservation for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be cancelled.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Waitara Borough, Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 15 perches, more or less, being Sections 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and part Sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 9, Block XCI, Town of Waitara West. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 30/228/84A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. plan 7998.)

Notice of Intention to issue an Order in Council revoking the Reservation over the Kauri Point Domain, North Auckland Land District.

WHEREAS by section forty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), it is provided that the Governor-General may from time to time by Order in Council, but subject to compliance with the requirements of subsection two of section seven of the said Act, declare that the land comprised in a public domain or part thereof shall be subject to Part II of the said Act ; and, further, may declare either that such land shall be a public reserve for the purposes of Part I of the said Act, or Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924 :

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto is known as the Kauri Point Domain, but is not required for domain purposes, and it is expedient to revoke the reservation over the said land :

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby give notice, pursuant to subsection two of section seven of the said Act, that it is my intention to issue an Order in Council under the provisions of section forty-one of the said Act declaring that the Kauri Point Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall be deemed to be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
KAURI POINT DOMAIN.—NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Birkenhead Borough, containing by admeasurement 48 acres, more or less, and being Allotment 157, Parish of Takapuna. As the same is more particularly delineated in the plan marked L. and S. 1/607A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan S.O. 32695.)

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 25th day of September, 1942.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
