Facey, has on the retirement therefrom of Miss Hutchinson been
dissolved by mutual consent as from the 6th day of August, 1942.

The practice will be continued by Jean Livingstone Facey under

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS
ACT, 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District
of Wellington requires to take the land, with improvements,
as described hereunder, namely :—

All that parcel of land containing four perches and one-tenth
of a perch (4-1 perches), situate in the Paekakariki Survey
District, being part of Section 44, Wainui District, and part
of the land in Lot 5, Deposited Plan No. 4289, being also
part of the land in certificate of title 436/189.

The said land is required for the purposes of a public work—
namely, for a public school—within the meaning of the Education
Act, 1914.

Notice is hereby given that a plan of the said land is open for
inspection at the offices of Messrs. Brandon, Ward, Hislop, and
Powles, Solicitors, Featherstone Street, Wellington, and at the
residence of F. N. Emmett, Esquire, Paekakariki.

All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set
forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of
such work or to the taking of such land, and to send such writing,
within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to
the Education Board of the District of Wellington, the offices of
which are situated in Abel Smith Street, in the City of Wellington.
