Mining Privileges to be struck off the Register.

Mining Registrar’s Office, Coromandel, 9th September, 1942.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that unless sufficient cause to the contrary be shown within one month from the date hereof the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Homewood Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District, containing 500 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, situate in Block V, Kaiwhata Survey District, and known as Te Maipi 7c No. 2.

CROWN LANDS NOTICES.

Land in the Taranaki Land District forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Taranaki Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
