The Rotorua Milk Delivery Notice 1942.

PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942, the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows :—

1. This notice may be cited as the Rotorua Milk Delivery Notice 1942.

2. This notice shall come into force on the seventh day after the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.

3. The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the said district.

SCHEDULE.

THE ROTORUA MILK DELIVERY SCHEME, 1942.

(1) For the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—

“ The district ” means the Borough of Rotorua as indicated by zones marked on the plan, and also portion of Rotorua County as indicated by the written description of the zones attached to the plan :

“ The plan ” means the plan of the district deposited for the purposes of the scheme in the Head Office of the Transport Department at Wellington under No. TT. 3351 :

“ Minister ” means the Minister of Transport :

“ Zone ” means a zone of the district as marked on the said plan or as described in the written description of the zones attached to the plan.

(2) For the purposes of assisting in the administration of this scheme there shall be a committee which shall consist of the following members :—

(a) Two members to be appointed by the Rotorua Borough Council :

(b) One member to be appointed by the Rotorua Milk-vendors’ Association :

(c) The Zoning Officer for North Island.
