WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, containing by admeasurement 333 acres, more or less, being Taurewa 4 West A No. 4c Block, situated in Block III, Waimanu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 52/10, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of September, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.


SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Ohinemuri County, containing by admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, being Section 31, Block IX, Ohinemuri Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered 26/36, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 17053.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of September, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.


SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, containing by admeasurement 669 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 5, Block IV, Punakitere Survey District, and Section 7, Block XVI, Omapere Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 5/31, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan S.O. 20214.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of September, 1942.

Declaring Road in the City of Auckland to be under the Control and Management of the Auckland City Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of September, 1942.

Present:

THE HON. D. G. SULLIVAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Auckland City Council.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the road dealt with: 20·57 perches. Being part Allotment 1 of Section 3, City of Auckland.

Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29235.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114400, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Declaring Road in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, to be Government Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be Government road: 27·5 perches.

Adjoining Lots 3, 5, 7, and 8, D.P. 6414.
